• Payments made in a third party's name are not accepted.

5.2 Withdrawal

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500 (for all methods)
• Standard processing time: 10 to 45 minutes
• The method used for withdrawal must be consistent with the method used for deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification has not been completed.
• god11 reserves the right to put a withdrawal on hold if fraud or unusual activity is suspected.
• Withdrawal will not be possible if the wagering requirements for bonus funds have not been met.

5.3 Currency and Conversion

All transactions on god11 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). No currency conversion fee applies. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers, if applicable, are the responsibility of the user.

6Bonuses and Promotions

god11 offers various bonuses and promotional offers for its members. These benefits apply subject to the following conditions:

6.1 Welcome Bonus

• New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000.
• A minimum deposit of ৳300 is required to claim this bonus.
• To withdraw the bonus amount, a wagering requirement of 10 times (10x) the original bonus amount must be completed.
• The welcome bonus applies only once per user.

6.2 General Bonus Conditions

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the wagering requirements must be met first.
• In cases of bonus abuse (for example, claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts), the bonus will be cancelled.
• If the wagering requirements are not met within the specified period, the bonus and any associated winnings may be cancelled.
• god11 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer at any time.
• A user may not hold multiple bonus offers at the same time, unless specifically approved.

7Fair Play Policy

• Harassing or engaging in abusive behaviour towards other users.

9Account Suspension and Termination

god11 may temporarily suspend an account for investigation in the following circumstances:

• Need to verify KYC information
• Possibility of a security breach
• Investigation into irregularities related to bonuses or promotions

9.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time through our support team. Before the account is closed, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw any eligible balance (subject to wagering requirements being met).
